Hello, and welcome to my website. My name is Elisavet but most people call me Betty.

I am an assistant professor at the Department of Medical Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Karolinska Institutet, and a biostatistician by training. My research focusses on developing and applying innovative statistical methodology to improve our understanding of survival disparities in cancer patients and to communicate cancer statistics to non-technical audiences more effectively.
